Our Rates We are a totally private Bed & Breakfast, with just two rooms giving you total privacy, and we have gone to the utmost to meet even the demands of the most demanding traveller. Our rates nevertheless are kept at a friendly rate making it also an interesting option for if you would like to stay longer then a weekend or a week.
Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks before arrival date You can always cancell your reservation if made within 2 hours after making it, if they are not yet confirmed, and if you cancell more then 2 weeks prior to arrival date: Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival - No Charge Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival - 1 night charge Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival - 50% of total amount due, limited at max. the 3 days rate Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival & NO SHOW - 100% of total amount due Moving your reservation to another date 7 days prior to arrival- no charge. General Policy: Although we welcome near to all people, we do not allow pets. If you're with a group of people coming to Amsterdam to get either stoned or drunk, please do look further, as we will have to refuse you upon arrival. We explicitly reserve this right, without any compensation requirements. We expect every guest to realize and respect they are staying in our personal home. | ||||||||||||
